How to make the perfect cocktail || Pornstar Martini
Everyone loves a cheekily named cocktail, right?
The humble martini is a pretty sexy drink in itself, but give it a pornstar twist and you’re taking it to a whole new level! The only thing it really shares with it’s cousin of James Bond fame is the oh-so-instagrammable glass (IKEA, if you were wondering). I’m a huge fan of passion fruit in any form, but adding it to this delicious cocktail has made a pornstar martini my new favourite!
Fresh, fruity and fizzy, it’s an instant crowd pleaser and will be almost certain to get you dancing on the tables before long!
Ingredients
- 25ml Vodka
- 25ml Vanilla vodka
- 25ml Passion Fruit Syrup (we use this beauty from Morrisons)
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 50ml Orange Juice
- 1/2 Passion Fruit
- Prosecco
Method
- Fill your martini glass with crushed ice to chill
- Add 4/5 cubes of ice to a cocktail shaker
- Pour the vodka, vanilla vodka, passion fruit syrup lemon juice and orange juice onto the ice and shake well
- Empty your martini glass, strain the cocktail shaker into the glass
- Float your passion fruit half on top of the drink
- Top with prosecco until just below the rim
I dare you to not like this delicious drink from the gods! It’s a seriously tasty and pretty cocktail to make, though I do warn you, it will go to your head, and you will end up drinking at least another two, you know, to use up the Prosecco (which coincidentally is VERY nice with the passion fruit syrup).
